Legolas Isn't is wonderful to have these memories! I did not have my picture taken at all in school from 8th grade on. I did not like the
Black Glasses my father picked out for me. My parents never asked. Can't find a picture of me til I got married, the 2nd time. I'm so thankful for special occasions, love and no weird no-no's. Your daughter is very beautiful, and lucky to be a normal teenager now. HL

JWD Awards??

everyone whos been here for more than a week has posters that they love, and posters that they loathe.
some make laugh, some make us cry, and some drive us right up the wall.... so to honor that, i think we should have some sort of jwd award session... (should simon approve).

I remember as a child, all of the things you described. My father an elder, was always getting calls. With 1 phone in the kitchen, we would be banished to our rooms. Clean for the bookstudy, at our house. Service every weekend. I was a teenager who wanted to sleep in!!!!! I hated it!!!!! I can't imagine being married to the organization.
I might have turned right, instead of left on the way home, myself. welcome again HL

for a year - from january 1972 until december the same year, "christian" husbands could technically screw anything with a pulse in the animal world without giving his spouse a "biblical" reason to divorce him.
the only thing he had to be careful about if having sex with humans - men or women was to use the "rear entrance".

Since the "New Light" came out after 10 months, can a "sister" whose husband had a sanctioned trist with lamb or another "brother", during this time period, get a retroactive divorce?

Prophecor You need to come to the South and go to Walmart. The aisles are large, the stores are big. You can just wander around and shop. Taking your time.......... Look at the new products...... Figure out what size you want......Is it cheaper to buy the larger size........ Is that toliet paper 2-ply? and compare it to the others. When I go to the store I also see all of my friends and people I know. I have to stop and talk. Everybody understands. Have you ever driven down the street and 2 cars are stopped and they are talking? Happenes here all of the time. You just wait a couple of seconds, they break it up, smile and wave, and you are on your way. CHILL
